Stijn Windig, the speaker on this episode, will cover the stages of creating a large-scale environment using 2D, 3D and VR software.

The Randomizer has prepared a sci-fi concept for him: to draw a new Atlantis, an underwater civilization of the future that faces a severe threat: a giant deep sea creature which can destroy the paradise city.

Together with our speaker, you'll be able to practice modeling, texturing and shading with Blender, and also learn about VR sculpting with Oculus Medium. Stijn will also tell you how to render a scene properly and then refine it in Photoshop.

Over the course of his career, this speaker experienced work in a number of fields such as game dev, 3D animation, illustration, concept design, VFX, VR and others. As a freelancer he currently collaborates with the biggest, world renowned brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Heineken and Coca Cola.
